Why I Became A Photographer in Milwaukee, WI

I love capturing candid moments in time that speak to me and holding onto them forever. I’ve always been a super nostalgic person, I love looking at film photos of my family from the past and imagining what it may have felt like at the time or what the vibes were. At one point in my life I worked at an old media processing facility where we converted anything you could think of, slides, film, VHS tapes into current day media that could be accessed easier. I got to scroll through so many memories, so many 90’s Christmas’, family vacations, weddings, babies first steps, so many authentic and raw moments. I want recreate that in my work but elevate it.
